You Capture {Black and White}

I had a hard time deciding on a picture for today’s challenge.  There were several that I took last weekend at JV’s where RBT was playing.  I finally decided on this one of the female lead – Christine.  Here’s one of the whole band if you’d like to see it.

    I think your picture might be my favorite this week – simple yet beautiful!

  • I love this close-up in black & white. It’s like there’s a whole story in this one little pic.
    BTW, you were right about the cell phone tower crop. :)

  • I like both the photos. I am still working out how to get great shots without using flash, or controlling the output of the flash. That’s why I really like the band picture. I admire how you can get such a great shot.

  • Like the angle on this one! :)

  • Great shot! Love the composition. I love the one of the band too. You asked about how I processed my black and white photos for You Capture. I used Florabella black and white actions on all of them, and Florabella textures on some of them as well. Although I honestly can’t remember the specific actions and textures I used on each photo. They are fun to edit with though! Thanks for visiting.

  • it’s a happy moment – and i love music no matter how i get it, so your shot this week is right on target :)

    please visit my blog when you have a chance and check out my cedar keys shots. (i didn’t realize they were supposed to be B & W, sorry)

  • ooo, great shot! I love the composition and the angle you took it from. It’s definitely different from the usual frontal photos! Great job! :)
